What do you mean?

"old reserves" is a table in your Koha database according to 
http://schema.koha-community.org/16_11/

After logging into your database you should be able to do something like 
this to be sure the table exists:

mysql> describe old_reserves;
+------------------+-------------+------+-----+-------------------+-----------------------------+
| Field            | Type        | Null | Key | Default           | 
Extra                       |
+------------------+-------------+------+-----+-------------------+-----------------------------+
| reserve_id       | int(11)     | NO   | PRI | NULL              | 
                        |
| borrowernumber   | int(11)     | YES  | MUL | NULL              | 
                        |
...
