[Koha] Server biblios z39.50 show record with see from autrority

Hi Kamil,

you are right, those stem from turning on the includeSeeFromInSearches 
system preference:

=100  z\$aRosmini, Antonio.
=100  z\$aSerbati, Antonio Rosmini.
=100  z\$aRosmini Serbati, Antonio.

The "see from" from the linked authorities are merged into the 
bibliographic records for indexing. I know Koha hides them from display 
using the first indicator = z, but I am not sure if Z39.50 can be 
configured to hide them as well.
