[Koha] Server biblios z39.50 show record with see from autrority

I don't understand what you are saying about Z39.50. In the manual 
system preference "IncludeSeeFromInSearches" is explained as follows 
(nothing about Z39.50...):

"When this preference is set to include the search engine indexer will 
insert see from headings from authority records into bibliographic 
records when indexing, so that a search on an obsolete term will turn up 
relevant records. For example when you search for cookery (the old term) 
you get titles with the heading of cooking (the new term)."

However, the functionality of system preference 
"IncludeSeeFromInSearches" is broken in your Koha version (16.05). See 
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19122

The problem is solved in Koha 17.05.05 or higher.
