[Koha] Barcode reader is unable to read less than 3 characters

We have a Honeywell barcode reader and the manual help us to reconfigure to read shorter barcodes. The manual of your barcode reader is the key. Please read it or ask google to find help.

Hi,

depending on the reader you might be able to reconfigure it to read shorter barcodes too. You'll have to refer to the reader's manual to find out more about this.
