[Koha] Making Koha temporarily unavailable?

   Show
      a warning that the OPAC is under maintenance, instead of the OPAC itself.

Somehow it seems I managed to get old.  I really have no idea how that happened.

Is there a way to make Koha temporarily unavailable so that I can do
maintenance and be sure that no-one will be logged in?

Is that what the koha-disable and koha-enable commands do?
