[Koha] Suppressing display of "Alternate Address" and "Alternative Contact" info

Gentle Reader,

Is there any way to suppress the display of the "Alternative Address" and
"Alternative Contact" information on the patron page? We don't use these
fields and find them mildly annoying because we always have to scroll down
to see the checkout table.

I would be grateful for any suggestions. We are using Koha 17.11
