[Koha] Auto generated Patron number

Hi everyone,

I am doing setup of the library where we have multiple departments and
multiple designations for the library cards.

I would need to generate auto member id for barcode with the department /
designation with current year. i.e. LIBEL201800001

*[Library Name][Department][Year][Sr Number]*

Please let me know is it possible or not?

if yes, how can I do that?
