[Koha] Authenticate users with LDAP in KOHA 17.11

Hi,
First of all i am wondering,whether my emails are reached to group.

My problem is ,

I have configured Koha 17.11 in Debian 8.10. I  am facing problem with
configuring ldap with koha. I am getting following error with following
configuration. can any one guide me to work it out?

Note: I am using anonymous ldap.


Configuration:
