[Koha] Blank Labels

Koha 17.05 on Ubuntu 16.05; installed via package manager apt-get

When I print labels, I get a blank pdf file.

I get data when I download the csv or xml file.

In the log, I see the following error multiple times

label-create-pdf.pl: Use of uninitialized value $string_width in addition

Seems like the same issue as Bug 10828, but this is version 17.05
