[Koha] Development in Progress - Rental Fees based on Time Period

Hi, all!

We recently funded a development that allows rental fees based on time period as opposed to flat fees for each item type. Our plan is to use this to smooth out our workflow when checking out Wi-Fi Hotspots to our patrons.
