[Koha] [Koha-devel] Koha reports wiki

I spoke briefly with Katrin (cait) in IRC, she's of the opinion that there
will be a number of libraries that won't be able to use mana -- either for
policy or technical reasons. I think she has a good point, and I expect
that even after mana is operational, the SQL Reports Library on the Koha
wiki will continue to live on. These are definitely valid points.

At the same time, mana may also be useful in the cleanup process. My
general feeling is that we should keep cleaning up the reports library as
we find broken queries and such, but maybe wait on a full-bore cleanup
until mana is in place.
