Hi,

at the moment it's not possible to send more than three overdue notices
after the due date with Koha. I've found some related bug reports on
bugzilla:

Bug 12771 - Enhancement to manage more than 3 levels of overdue notice
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12771

Bug 17772 - Overdue Notice/Status triggers tool
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=12772

Unfortunately it doesn't look like there is active development on them
at the moment.
