During the installation of Koha 18 on my Ubuntu 18 desktop, the command "sudo koha-create --create-db library" results in " User library-koha already exists" . Ignoring this, if I go further to the step where the command is " sudo a2ensite library", I get a result that library is absent. Please guide.
