[Koha] Fwd: Koha 17.11 Web installer stuck at Choose your language

I managed to get it going using a 32-bit VPS. Are 64-bit servers not 
supported? I am pretty sure that is the only difference in the setup. If 
that is the case, does that detail need to be in the installation 
instructions on the wiki?
