[Koha] Suppressing columns in "checkouts" table

Hi Chris,

take a look at the configuration options under Administration > 
Configure columns.

Settings made there will be the global default. You can choose to hide 
columns totally or allow to make them visible again when needed using 
the column visibility button on top of the table.
