[Koha] Setting of Library Opening Hours for Closed Reserve

Hi all,

We use this calendar in production with all our clients and it allows 
the setting of opening hours.

Bug 17015 New Koha Calendar

It is currently in "Need Signoff", if you'd like to test it.
