[Koha] Print 082b field on label

Hi Hira,

I just tested this on master and it worked nicely for me after I changed 
the "layout type" to something with "Biblio" like "Barcode/Biblio". With 
layout type "Barcode" it wouldn't work. I also had to add a space after 
the comma in the fields list. It looks like this for me now:

title, author, isbn, issn, itemtype, barcode, itemcallnumber, 082b
