[Koha] Problem with migration from KOHA 3.20 to 16.11.11

Hello,

We have an entry in the bug tracker that is related to what you describe:
Bug 11000 - koha-restore not working: Koha username error
Maybe you can try and add more information there?

Note that Ubuntu 14.04 is not longer supported.
