[Koha] OPAC open in new window

Which Koha version are you using?

Maybe you are experiencing the following bug:
* https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=11937 (opac 
link doesn't open in new window)

This bug was solved in Koha 3.22.4 and later only.
