[Koha] Overlapping of photos in Patron Card Creation

Hi,

1) Regarding  Bug 8604 - Patron cards made for patrons which don't have
patron images use preceding card's image

2) Bug 18550 - Patron card creator: Print output does not respect layout
units

It's also taking previous patron's image in the background for the next.
