the problem is a derivate of this bug:
https://bugs.koha-community.org/bugzilla3/show_bug.cgi?id=19409

It is an error on migration to the new format and to Sphinx.

Around 130 images are not migrated.
To fix it we need to fix sources of the manual.

Only after we can update transaltions .po files.
