How is your MARC Framework set up?

For example, we have:
655	INDEX TERM--GENRE/FORM set as repeatable
and:
subfield a	Genre/form data or focus term	Tab:6, Not repeatable, Not 
mandatory, | Authority:GENRE/FORM,
