[Koha] Forcing to add and not update a subfield with the marc modification template tool

Hello,

I try to add subfield (repeatable subfield) within a field  but I can't 
make it work. It updates the first subfield found.

For exemple, I have :

040
$a SDM
$b fre
$d SQTD

My rule is  "Update field 040$d with value /CaQE"/ but I don't want to 
update the 040$d value, I want to add a new 040$d to get this :

040
$a SDM
$b fre
$d SQTD
$d CaQE

The problem is that I can only choose the "Add/Update" option when I set 
a new template.

Does anyone know a trick to force the "Add" option when choosing the 
action "Add/Update" ?
