[Koha] Koha Error - Plack doesnt start after stopping

Hi! My name is Sergio, i am having some troubles with plack in my Koha Instance, i apply the patch from bug 17814  on start-stop-daemon command but plack still stop and doesnt start from time to time, ¿do you have another suggestion?
