[Koha] Problem importing MARC records into Koha

Koha expects your Item type to be defined in two different places (for
2 diff purpose) - (a) 942$c and (b) 952$y

As for your error, this is just a hunch - what does it show if you try
to validate your marc records *inside* MarcEdit using the Marc
validator function?
