[Koha] UBUNTU UPGRADE DISABLED APACHE2 AND KOHA

Hi Jack

What version of Koha are you using? And how did you install it
(hopefully via packages?)

To fix this you need to install the apache2-mpm-itk package

sudo apt-get install apache2-mpm-itk

Should fix this up
