[Koha] Problem adding Notices and Slips

Hello everybodyAdding Notices & Slips

We are trying to create a new Slips,
This slips will be give to users when they ask for a book.

According to koha is very easy
New Notice
Code and a name
Then select a template and Voula!

Well, nothing happen.
In fact, neither the predefined templates  appears.

Any help?
