[Koha] Schema question

The MARC::Record library which we use to parse that kind of data, preserves
the subfield order. So it won't modify

=650   $a History $z Colombia
and storage will be different if it gets
=650   $z Colombia $a History

If such wasn't the case, you might have found a bug. Then you should
provide with some information:
- Koha version, install method
- Sample record used to reproduce the problem.
