[Koha] Password and Port Change in koha-conf.xml file

Thank you Tomas and Jonathan for your responses.

Johnathan the password and port for mysql is changed anytime the server
restarts. So every time the server is restarted we get the software error
until we make the necessary changes to the port and the password.

With regards to the upgrade from 3.18, are there any resources you can
point me to? And do I upgrade from what I have now to the latest or does it
go through the previous releases.
