[Koha] Software error

Hi Nasiru,

Koha 3 had a lot of versions - you can find your exact version on the 
About page. As 3.22 was the last 3 release and is already quite old, 
this might have been already fixed in a newer version.

It could also be important to know how your Koha was installed - is it a 
tarball, git or package installation? Any clues you can give there are 
also always helpful.
