[Koha] Checked out Books showing as Available without anyone doing the checkin - Bug 18651 ?

Hi Krishna,

yes, patches were included in 17.01. But as the code of 16.11.x and 
17.05 is different in a lot of places by now, the same patches couldn't 
be used for 16.11.x and needed additional work.
