[Koha] Error when reading (or clicking) on message at the main menu

You don't say what version of Koha this is for, or if you have recently updated it?

 However this looks like some sort of schema mismatch. You might want to try updating the schema manually  using:

   sudo koha-upgrade-schema <instance> 

with <instance> being your Koha instance name. A list of the Koha instances can be found using: 
   sudo koha-list 

If you use Plack, you might also want to try restarting it.
