[Koha] A question about the icon reference.gif packed into the Bridge iconset in Koha

Hi all,

I'm curious (and slightly confused) about the reference.gif shipped as
part of the Bridge Material type iconset in Koha. Where did it come
from?

https://apps.carleton.edu/campus/library/bridge_icons/ lists the
icons, but there seems to be no reference.gif or psd or ai file in the
currently available iconset at
https://apps.carleton.edu/campus/library/bridge_icons/bridge_material_icons_1.0.zip
