[Koha] Cannot upload .mrc file for staging Marc records

Hmm it was deleted, but it looks like the code is still trying to use it. Or there wouldn't be that error in the logs. 
So I don't think it's a permissions issue. There should be no references to that file left, so it looks like a bug to me. 
I'll try to replicate tonight.
