[Koha] Which version manual should I check

Hi,
I am beginning to learn Koha for our library. The version of Koha that was
installed on our server is: 3.14.09.001
Should I check the manual for Koha 3.14? Or is there a 3.14.0 manual?
Is it very outdated?
