[Koha] problem installing Koha

the key is to make a note of this line - "These are the package
installation instructions for Ubuntu. They have been tested using
Ubuntu 14.04 LTS." as the first sentence in the Introduction section.

Re-install on 14.04 LTS following the instructions at this wiki page
and you should be good to go.
