[Koha] Installing Koha 3.22 with remote MySQL

Hello,

Try running:
koha-enable <instance_name>

For some reason, the remote installation doesn't enable your instance,
despite this "Enable a Koha instance. New instances are enabled by default.
You only need this command if you have previously disabled a site with
koha-disable." in the documentation.
