[Koha] Problem with Check expiration in Serials

Confirmed:
 perl -wc serials/checkexpiration.pl
Global symbol "$branch" requires explicit package name (did you forget
to declare "my $branch"?) at serials/checkexpiration.pl line 84.

serials/checkexpiration.pl had compilation errors.
