[Koha] Due Date

Hi,

some things to check here:

- Circulation conditions: check the rule that applies from the 'all
libraries' page and the more specific rule for the library. What is the
loan period set to? Has a hard due date been set?
- Patron account expiry: is it possible the patron account is about to
expire?
