[Koha] Zebra Reindexing

Hello,

try this:

...
export KOHA_CONF=/etc/koha/koha-conf.xml
export PERL5LIB=[path-to-koha-installation]/lib

export XDG_RUNTIME_DIR=/tmp/

perl [path-to-koha-installation]/bin/migration_tools/rebuild_zebra.pl --run-
as-root -b -r -v
...

This is my index.sh which is a cron job every two minutes an part of my 
rc.local.
