[Koha] after restore fresh koha db dump to old dump new patron gettting error in home page

Dear all,
After restore fresh koha db dump to old dump  SYSTEM IS UP AND RUNNIG  well. But  after create new patron and when I try to login to opac using new patron u/n and p/w   its getting error saying  saying  "

Access denied
Sorry, the system doesn't think you have permission to access this page.


Pls help me to rectify this eror.
