[Koha] Fixing Zebra After Upgrade

 From your error output , it seems you have set the wrong permissions 
for the zebra-biblios-dom.cfg file.  Try fixing those. Run
'ls -la /etc/koha/sites/library/zebra-biblios-dom.cfg'  to find out what 
permissions are currently set.
