[Koha] Catalogue Items Quality Check.

During the course of setup in our library setup, cataloguers wish to have
their work file created for catalogue purposes before a chief cataloguer do
quality check for items then transfer of items to be displayed on the OPAC.
Is there such as cataloguers work files in Koha and how can this be created?
Any advice will be appreciated on how best I can advice the cataloguers or
the chief cataloguer to use Koha about items quality check before displayed
in OPAC.
