[Koha] adding MARC tags (not in framework) while cataloguing

Hi Guiseppe,

it's currently not possible to activate MARC tags at cataloguing time in
cataloguing - what you describe is, I think, the only way to do it.
There is a new professional cataloguing editor in development, that is
more flexible in that regard, see here:
