[Koha] Koha NA user's conference 2016 (Jesse Lambertson)

The conference committee has not made any decisions at this time on the next meeting.  However, it will definitely be in a different region.  For sake of fairness, it will most likely be mid or western states for 2016.

I am putting together some budget information for 2016 and I am curious if anyone in North America is thinking about where the 2016 NA user's group meeting will be.

It just helps me to get as accurate data as possible,
