[Koha] Disable displaying items from other locations (independent branches)

Mh, i tried it for now with 2 different instances, all the same result
(Koha Stable via apt-get). I'll give it another try though.

Ya, maybe, but i constantly log out and in. But by the way, just to have
this right: The "only" permission i should not give for users is
'superlibrarian', isn't it? All the rest should not influence
"independent branches" functionality.
