[Koha] Koha OPAC not working

Dear sir/ madam
Koha OPAC is not working, can you figure out the problem
a) OS used and its version: ubuntu 12.4.0
b) Koha version used : 3.20.05.000
c) how you have set you apache settings for Koha e.g. what does
apache2ctl -S show? apache2: Could not reliably determine the server's
fully qualified domain name, using 127.0.1.1 for ServerName
