[Koha] Skipping rebuild/update because flock failed on /var/lock/zebra_koha_library/rebuild/rebuild..LCK: Resource temporarily unavailable

hi

New Koha installs block de zebra rebuild if there is another reindex in
process, in order to avoid loopings with reindex... make sure no other
rebuild is in process... you may comment out the reindex cron, to make sure
that no other process is running
