[Koha] Report on MARC tags

Hi Katrin

Thanks for that information - that makes some of the records make a bit more sense. I have realised that a lot of the records have no items (so obviously no 952) but there are other newer records (including all our ebooks and ejournals) which also don't have 952 - I need to export the whole catalogue including item information so how would I do this?

please keep in mind that newer versions of Koha don't store the item
information (952) in the marcxml any longer - so none of the records
would have a 952. In order to find out which records have no items,
you'd have to check for missing biblionumbers in the items table.

Hello

I am hoping someone can help me with a little bit of SQL.

I need to export my whole catalogue but I have now realised that the 'simple
framework' some staff have been using to create bib items did not include
the 952 tag so this information is missing from those MARC records.

So I now need to locate all bib items which do not have a 952 tag (I am
assuming I will need to manually edit the marc records to include the 952
information even if I update the 'simple framework?) - if anyone would be
kind enough to provide the correct SQL for this report I would be extremely
grateful:-)
