[Koha] Remove blank space at bottom of printer receipts

Hello Iming ~

We have these printers as well. You'll want to check your Firefox page 
settings for this:

In Margins & Header/Footer tab -

* Set Top, Right, Left and Bottom to 0.0
* Set all header and footer settings to "--blank--"
